This is a cool Celebrity IIi, that is most likely a collection of parts from post-bankruptcy Mosrite. (a Parts-Rite!)
Pickups are M3 California RH100’s, neck has a stamped serial-number with a ST prefix, and the knobs, switch tip, and strap-pegs aren’t correct for this model. The tuners have been replaced, obviously.
Regardless, this is a very nice playing guitar. Mosrite forever!
