After the "Vox USA" run, Vox Japan did a couple of vintage style basses that didn't make their way to the USA...

This is the earlier run of the VBW series ('50th Anniversary Bass'). The first run and second run (below) are basically the same, the earlier here has a string tree - an easy way to tell the difference. The headstock logos are also different colors.
Note that what appears to be body binding is actually unfinished strips that show the wood.

This is a "Wyman bass" kind of - similar except it doesn't have a back pad. And the appointments are modern. So i guess more of a "modern Wyman".
Super narrow neck, but very fun!
